Finchgate Physiotherapy is multidisciplinary clinic looking for expansion of the team. We would add the Psychotherapist in our team.As a Registered Psychotherapist on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients within occupational rehabilitation, injury management, chronic pain, brain injury and mental health programs. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Assessments: Evaluate clients’ mental health through interviews, observations, and psychological tests.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized therapy plans based on assessments and client goals.
  • Provide Therapy: Utilize various therapeutic techniques (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy) to help clients work through issues.
  • Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and document clients’ progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure client privacy and confidentiality in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with Other Professionals: Work with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
  • Educate Clients: Provide clients with information about their conditions and coping strategies.
  • Stay Current: Engage in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and emerging therapies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Valid state license to practice as a psychotherapist (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Experience: Prior experience in a clinical setting is often preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
