POSITION SUMMARY:

We are hiring a dedicated Psychotherapist to provide mental health and counseling services within nursing homes and long-term care facilities. The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and support to residents, promoting their mental well-being and enhancing quality of life.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • State licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.
  • Over 3 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
  • Experience providing psychotherapy in nursing home or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Since our company has been providing these services for over 7+ years, we have maintained a record of no psych tags, demonstrating consistent quality of care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
