Providence Medical Group is seeking a per diem Psychotherapist to be part of its integrated behavioral health team in Everett, Washington. This is a role where there is flexibility between our Partial Hospitalization Program and Behavioral Health Urgent Care. The Psychotherapist primary functions within the Patient-Centered Medical Home are providing brief, evidence-based interventions to patients.   • Day shifts, both weekday and weekend options; request at least 2 shifts a month or 24 in a year
  • No call, no caseload
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a mental health setting, preferred
  • Must be licensed to practice independently as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington
  • Integrated electronic health record
  • Addiction and chemical dependency a plus
  • Clinical experience with broad and diverse population base
  • Compensation is between $ 73029 and $ 96574 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
