Swedish Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Psychotherapist to join its behavioral health team at the Ballard Campus in Seattle, Washington. This clinic provides a step up in mental health services from traditional outpatient via Partial Hospitalization Program and upcoming Intensive Outpatient program. This clinic provides both Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient level of care focus on providing either step down from more acute care or support those who need more than traditional outpatient. Both tracks focus on coping skills and psychoeducation in a group setting around the signs and symptoms of Depression and Anxiety. This is a great opportunity to be part of a program that seeks to improve mental health services for adults in Seattle.

• Position (0.8), 4 days a week; day shift
• Program utilizes DBT and CBT principles
• Strong, multidisciplinary team
• Compensation is between $73,029 and $125,000 per year
• Compensation has bonus earning potential up to an additional $6,000 annually
• Annual CME allowance including education days
