Perfect Choice Psychological Service Inc. is a leading provider of trauma-informed mental health care, with a strong focus on clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents (MVA). We offer personalized, compassionate therapy for individuals facing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
We are currently seeking a licensed Psychotherapist or Social Worker based in Montreal, Canada, to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (trauma or MVA experience preferred)
• Registered with a relevant provincial regulatory college (e.g., OCSWSSW, CRPO, CPO)
• Familiarity with brief therapy models and trauma-informed practices
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken) and proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable using digital tools and documentation systems

• Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans based on client needs
• Provide crisis intervention when needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic patient care
• Ensure professional communication with all stakeholders
