HealthPartners is hiring a Psychotherapy Fellow. Psychotherapy Fellows provide a broad range of behavioral health services to HealthPartners patients including assessments, diagnosis, psychotherapy, behavioral health education, and crisis intervention. Psychotherapy Fellows participate as members of an interdependent, interdisciplinary group practice and have a licensed supervisor available for consultation. Psychotherapy Fellows may attend group consultations where they can form connections and gain support from other behavioral health colleagues. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Master’s degree in in one of the following: social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field One year of relevant clinical experience (e.g., diagnostic assessments, individual, family and group counseling) Compliant with Minnesota statute requirements regarding education and licensure status in Minnesota and other jurisdictions Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Current LGSW (Licensed Graduate Social Worker), LAMFT (Licensed Associate Marriage Family Therapist), or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors) in Minnesota Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in operating telephone/voicemail, personal computer (applicable software applications), photocopier, fax machine, and printer Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a time Must possess speech, hearing, and sight skills to perform the functions of the position Manual dexterity required Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently. Proficiency in other languages may be required.
