Overview Under the direction of the unit director and with the direct supervision of the Charge RN and/or staff RN/LPN, the Patient Care Tech facilitates patient care through assistance with activities of daily living, provision of a clean, comfortable, and safe care environment, and performance of delegated technical procedures. Qualifications Education: - Post High School Special Training Licensure/Certification/Registration: - Phlebotomy certificate preferred - CNA or State of Florida EMT License preferred - BLS Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required: - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
