Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greeting guests and residents at the front desk and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Maintain cleanliness and operation of the coffee stations. Monitor and manage resident amenity spaces, ensuring rule compliance, cleanliness, and proper closing procedures. Answer and direct phone calls efficiently. Post resident notices as required. Oversee package handling and resident package services. Support the planning and coordination of resident events. Contribute to the creation and distribution of resident newsletters. Assist residents in submitting maintenance work orders. Conduct parking, storage and balcony audits. Adhere to all company policies, including grooming and conduct standards. Promptly address and document all resident requests, concerns, and service needs. Perform other duties as assigned Requirements QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Excellent customer service skills. Professional and positive attitude. Experience with hospitality/tenant services/property management preferred. Computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to act independently and make decisions. Ability to multi-task and manage several projects and excel under tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility for possible evening and weekend hours CLASSIFICATION: Non- Exempt Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time position about up to 25 hours a week Days and hours of work are every Monday 5-10PM, rotating weekends Saturday and Sunday, 2PM-10PM Lunch break is 30 minutes daily. COMPENSATION: The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20.5 the hour. This position is not eligible for benefits. Per MN Law the employee in this position is eligible to receive MN Sick and safe time. 1 hour per every 30 hours worked. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

The PT Concierge is responsible for greeting guests and residents, managing amenity spaces, and overseeing package handling. Additionally, they will assist in planning resident events and addressing service needs.
