Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented junior professional to join the Derivatives Clearing team and support daily operations. In this role, you'll work with an experienced team to monitor trades, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist with client communications. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in derivatives clearing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced financial environment. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and assist with trade allocation across exchanges to support smooth trade processing - Support reconciliation activities between internal systems and exchanges (trades, positions, margins, and premiums) - Help respond to client inquiries and requests via email in a timely manner - Assist with day-to-day clearing operations under the guidance of senior team members - Contribute to maintaining accurate records and identifying any discrepancies Qualifications Technical skills: Good Microsoft skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and team player knowledge in VBA and/or Powerquery is a plus Continuous improvement and/or Lean mindset is welcome Language Skills: Fluent in English Soft skills: Proactive, motivated and willing to absorb new concepts Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments Work Ethic & Team colaboration (Age, cultural, work pace ) Responsiveness, accountability and adaptability Effective communication Additional Information
