Job Details Job Location: L171 Hamilton Road - Columbus, OH 43213 Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour. Weekend Closer Saturday-Sunday (1:00PM-7:15PM) Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment. Qualifications Job Requirements: Customer service experience High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Basic computer proficiency Physical Demands: Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free experience. This includes answering phones, greeting members, processing purchases, and maintaining a clean club environment.
