PT Director Job Description A growing outpatient clinic in Winchester, VA is looking for a full-time PT Director. This position is well-suited for a therapist who enjoys focused, one-on-one treatment and wants the time to provide care that feels personal and thorough. You will evaluate patients, create practical treatment plans, and guide each person through recovery with a hands-on, patient-centered approach. This role also includes helping build the clinic’s caseload and supporting the continued growth of the location.
