JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for dealing an assigned game in accordance with established policy and procedures. This position is also responsible for attending all mandatory training for games offered at Tampa Hard Rock.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Class III gaming environment as a Table Games dealer required.
  • Must proficiently deal a minimum of three carnival games(not including Casino War), Blackjack and Mini Bacc
  • Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited Gaming School or equivalent, must be able to deal two primary games with a high level of proficiency and must possess excellent customer service and talent relation skills
  • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed on the Casino Floor in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment, with constant exposure to general public and excessive noise.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and enjoyment on a particular assigned table game
  • Conducts assigned game with respect to Seminole Gaming’s Compliance and regulations and procedures
  • Those offered Part Time Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor will be scheduled to work (3) Floor Supervisor and (2) Dealer shifts for the first (4) weeks for training purposes. Afterwards, you will be scheduled as a Floor Supervisor in rotation with all Dual Rate team members.
