Description Description Job Title: Evening Groundman DASMEN HR LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Part Time Evening Groundman to join our team. As an Evening Groundman, you will be responsible for collecting trash from door to door and all breezeways in residential and commercial areas. Responsibilities: - Collect trash from door to door and all breezeways in residential and commercial areas - Sort and separate recyclable materials from non-recyclable materials - Operate waste collection equipment such as compactors and trucks - Ensure that all waste is properly disposed of in accordance with company policies and regulations - Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment - Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor - Provide excellent customer service to residents and businesses Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent- Valid driver's license and clean driving record- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends 1) Must be able to work Sat-Thurs 7pm-10pm or 11pm 2) Must have a truck 3) Must have a clean background 4) Must be able to communicate 5) Must be able to assist at other call outs.
