POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for answering customer inquiries and completing transaction requests received through the Interactive Teller Machine. This position is responsible for performing Teller transactions for existing customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner according to bank procedures. This position requires extensive customer interaction, and a broad knowledge of all bank products and general operations. Provides exceptional customer service in response to customer needs and requests. Work schedule is expected to be Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. DUTIES: Processing customer transactions through the Interactive Teller Machine, such as, cashing checks, handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers Provide information on balance inquiries and answer any transactional questions regarding current deposit and loan products Manage and resolve all customer requests for updates, inquiries or other issues Provide quality customer service through knowledge of all bank products and services Handle high volume of customer transactions in a sometimes stressful, time sensitive environment Compliance with all branch policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Requirements RELATIONSHIPS/QUALIFICATIONS: Responsible to the Express Teller Manager for the fulfillment of duties assigned Knowledge of appropriate government regulations, bank products and bank operations Must have excellent communication and listening skills and a strong commitment to providing quality service and attention to detail Position requires dedication to customer service by responding in a professional manner to customer questions and concerns Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations and interactions with customers Work effectively in both a team and independent environment WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment Extended viewing of computer screens Moderate lifting up to 25 pounds Repetitive hand and arm movement Prolonged periods of sitting/standing Benefits Overview: At First Farmers Bank & Trust, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance.
