Now Hiring: PT Front Desk Agent Location: Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain Guest Service Representative.pdf [blob:https://workforcenow.adp.com/3956c148-2af8-48bc-b03b-5b813c7ecd75] Essential Responsibilities: * Warmly greet guests and assist with registration and room assignments. * Handle guest inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. * Manage room availability, guest accounts, and billing. * Post charges, process payments, and make change. * Make reservations and handle guest requests, including safekeeping of valuables. * Communicate effectively with other departments. * Follow hotel credit policies and ensure accurate cash handling. * Support team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Skills & Abilities: * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems. * Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office. Education & Experience: * High School diploma or GED preferred. * Hospitality customer service experience preferred. Hours: * Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * This is a seasonal position ending 9/30/2026. Physical Requirements: * Standing for long periods, light lifting up to 40 pounds. Work Conditions: * Indoor environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
