Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for our next business partner to help us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. The Day-To-Day: Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week: reaching out to potential clients that have previously requested coverage with our company and scheduling a time to meet with them to discuss their mortgage protection coverage. Research: 4-5 hours per week: digging into the information the client provided in order to customize options to meet their financial need in the case of a death or disability. Meeting with Families: 2 days per week: meeting with clients either virtually or in-person (the choice is yours) to present their options, discuss the details of the coverage, and help them apply for coverage. Administrative: 2 hours per week: following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting What We Do: We serve people: Every week, we sit with our clients (in person or virtually) and take a deep dive into their financial situation. We protect our clients: We partner with top-rated insurance companies to customize a plan that provides a personalized solution that will protect their largest asset: the ability to make an income. Requirements: Skill set isn’t everything. Entry-level is accepted. We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Passion for people is a MUST. Commissions as a New Agent: This position is a commission-only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect. Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we also have a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts (e.g. 401k's and IRA's) from losing money in the stock market. We have extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them. In addition to uncapped commission, we have a competitive bonus structure program along with incentive trips agents/managers can qualify for based on their individual and team results.
