Description We are currently seeking a part-time groundskeeper to supplement the contracted grounds keeping by maintaining the property in a clean, safe, and attractive condition at all times. Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain Facility Repairs for common areas Maintain property safety and Inspections Maintain exterior property appeal Assist with resident communication for customer experience Other duties as assigned Requirements Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Physical Functions Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds and lifting over sixty (60) pounds occasionally.
