The Wharf Fish & Oyster Company in Pensacola Beach is looking for friendly and organized Hosts/Hostesses to join our team and help make every guest feel at home. About The Wharf The Wharf Fish & Oyster Company is Pensacola Beach's newest dining destination, celebrating fresh, local seafood and coastal flavors. With a focus on exceptional service and community-driven hospitality, we're dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences. What You'll Do: Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using our systems. Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and setting a positive tone for their experience. Assist with answering phones and responding to guest inquiries. Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences. What We're Looking For: A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a Host/Hostess is a plus but not required; we're happy to train the right candidate.
