This position plays a vital role in attracting, screening, and onboarding new talent across our locations. You’ll work closely with the Human Resources Manager and shop management to ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience. This is a fully remote, part-time, entry-level opportunity—perfect for someone looking to begin or grow a career in HR and recruiting. Must live in Wichita metro area. Requirements Key Responsibilities Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including detailed note-taking, phone and video call management, and HRIS data entry for background checks and new hire onboarding. Conduct candidate screenings via phone and Microsoft Teams interviews. Build strong relationships with job seekers and store management to ensure clear communication throughout the hiring process. Utilize recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across various roles. Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media platforms, and other creative channels. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
