JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong knife skills, along with experience in food production and preparation. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for trimming 70-100 Briskets on Mondays over a 6-8 hr shift, in preparation for our production on Tuesdays. You will be working independently to Process Briskets quickly and efficiently, sharpening all kitchen knives in preparation for the week, and then potential to add hours and be trained on loading and managing our smoking processes. This can lead to a FT role in early winter, as we move into a new production facility providing brisket for 4 restaurant locations.
Starting wage $26-$28 - depending on skill and experience. Our target expectation is a 3m max trim per brisket meeting our trimming guidelines.
Shift to start: Mondays flexible. You can manage your schedule between 6am-6am Tuesday morning.
