Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable part-time Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests, and performing accounting tasks to maintain accurate financial records. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: - Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously. - Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night. - Maintain the security and safety of the hotel premises during night hours. - Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management. - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
