Position Summary
Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Nurse Aide Program Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of its Nurse Aide Certification Program. This role supports program delivery, instructor oversight, student success, and clinical site partnerships while ensuring strict adherence to Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field in Healthcare, Administration

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in staff development, or teaching/training within the healthcare field
  • Experience in program coordination, compliance, or administrative oversight preferred

SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Keen attention to detail and regulatory documentation
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Collaborative and proactive leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing nurse aide or healthcare education programs
  • Knowledge of PDE and Department of Health (DOH) requirements
