Description Primary Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and cross-referencing between software, documents and spreadsheets Perform general clerical duties in support of multiple departments daily as assigned. Maintain the highest standard of service through a professional attitude, ensuring strong business relationships. Utilize Microsoft products and other software, to create and modify documents and maintain databases and spreadsheets. Remain flexible to allow for switching between projects and quickly responding to competing priorities Work with the logistics and/or accounting department on various projects. Take on increasing responsibilities as individual skills and business needs arise. Comply with SDSP’s Safe Quality Food (SQF) food safety program and polices. Perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed to support the team and overall organizational goals. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrate high-quality customer service and business etiquette. Strong computer literacy with the ability and desire to learn new software applications Exhibit professional demeanor verbally and in written communication Possess a high degree of accuracy, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, throughout the day.
