ADN, BSN or MSN from an accredited nursing program. Current CPR certification. Hospice or palliative care experience preferred (training available). Compassion, adaptability and a desire to grow professionally in hospice care. What You’ll Do: Provide high-quality bedside care and symptom management for hospice patients. Educate and support patients and families through individualized care plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and implement the plan of care. Utilize technology to enhance care coordination and communication. Approach patient care holistically, addressing physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
