CENTRAL LABS IS GROWING AGAIN! – WE ARE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A PART-TIME PHARMACIST TO LEAD IN OUR COMPOUNDING LAB – PLEASE SEE DETAILS BELOW

Central Labs is seeking a PT pharmacist for our central fill compounding facility located in Devon, AB.

Job Highlights

Main duties:

  • Supervise and lead compounding activities performed by our growing team of compounders, technicians, and coordinators.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and applicable provincial and federal regulations.
  • Create master formulas, risk assessments and other related documentation.
  • Verify compounding orders, and check completed mixtures before release.

Qualifications

  • You will work with an established team of pharmacy assistants and technicians.
  • Current registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (MUST)
  • Part time position: 3-4 days/week, we are open on weekends, but not stat.
  • Previous compounding experience is preferred and considered an asset.
  • We offer salaries above than average market rate.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work in an energetic and fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional ability to perform technical duties and great attention to details.
  • Able to provide pharmacy-related reference letters upon request.
  • Able to provide recent good standing criminal record.

Job Type: Full-time
