You are collaborative, adaptable, and skilled in designing and implementing effective therapy plans that align with each resident’s unique goals. Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you will provide residents with tailored therapy designed to restore function and improve mobility. Responsibilities include: * Performing and documenting initial exams and ongoing evaluations * Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans * Using manual techniques and therapeutic interventions to relieve pain and increase physical ability * Measuring motor function, strength, and endurance * Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans accordingly * Ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and legal standards * Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support residents' well-being Requirements * Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program * Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio * Two years of experience preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
