This role, based at Louisville Assembly Plant, works with a cross-functional team in the investigation of product and production issues. This may include assisting repair technicians in performing vehicle diagnostics, as well as investigating issues arising from the product design or production process. We’re seeking a diligent, detail-driven professional to provide vital EV systems expertise in support of our manufacturing processes. This individual will proactively drive cross-functional problem solving and be responsible for leading their vehicle function group to meet quality objectives. Other responsibilities include reviewing and reacting to daily incoming warranty claims data, contacting dealership/s to clarify repair diagnoses, participation in customer call backs to ensure proper understanding of customer feedback, reviewing returned parts for root cause analyses, and the development of Interim Containment and Permanent Corrective Actions.
