What You’ll Do: THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION. SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5:15. every Saturday 8:30-12:15. Flexibility to work more hours as needed. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other avenues. * Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable. * Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations. * Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. * Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services. Flexibility to work more hours as needed. * Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred * Basic math skills, computer/typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency * Analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and work well with internal and external customers in a cooperative, positive manner * Look for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner. * Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.
