Description
The Test Proctor is responsible for maintaining a secure, organized, and distraction-free testing environment for all students.  This role ensures that the testing procedures are followed accurately and consistently, while upholding the campus policies, academic integrity, and compliance with ADA guidelines for students requiring accommodations.     Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Setup testing materials, exam documents, computers, and testing stations before testing sessions * Review and explain test instructions, rules, and allowed materials before each exam begins * Monitor testing sessions continuously to ensure academic integrity and maintain a quiet, orderly environment * Document incidents of academic misconduct and report them to the appropriate department * Collect and secure all testing materials at the end of each session * Maintain accurate logs of tests administered, time started/ended, and any irregularities * Assist with scheduling exams, checking students in/out, and general office tasks as needed * Performs additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and institutional needs   Qualifications: * Associate degree or higher * Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills * Competent in personal computer applications:  MS Office Suite, MS Office 360 * Comfortable enforcing rules and addressing irregularities calmly and professionally
