Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION

The successful candidate will be responsible for high-quality delivery of Personal Training Skills Bootcamps. They will ensure exceptional learner outcomes and provide inclusive support for learners of all abilities. The teacher will model a strong learning culture and promote positive behaviours and attitudes towards learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Delivery of the Personal Trainer Skills bootcamps, providing high quality training to meet the specification
  • Enrolment of learners to the Personal Trainer Bootcamp programme
  • Developing new Skills Bootcamp employer relationships and maintaining partnerships with existing stakeholders
  • Providing IAG services for learners
  • Pre-screen applicants applying for Skills Bootcamp opportunities
  • Motivating learners of all abilities to achieve their potential
  • Adapting course materials to support student learning
  • Monitor, report, and track learner outcomes with line manager
  • Manage and report on learner attendance
  • Ensure course material and training reflect best practice and contribute to the quality of provision as measured by retention, attendance, timely achievement and in year progress
  • Encouraging independent learning through the setting of appropriate tasks

    Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
    Contract length: 10 months
    Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
