You’re compassionate, collaborative, and skilled in guiding individuals through customized rehabilitation plans. Responsibilities As our Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized, high-quality therapy services to our residents. * Administer manual exercises, massage, and/or traction to relieve pain, improve strength, and reduce the risk of deformity * Instruct, motivate, and assist residents with functional mobility and activity improvement * Observe, document, and report resident progress and treatment responses to the Physical Therapist * Fit and train residents in the use and care of orthopedic devices such as braces, prostheses, walkers, and wheelchairs * Collaborate with team members to develop and adjust treatment programs * Support clerical functions such as inventory, supply orders, and documentation Requirements * Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program * Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Ohio * Outpatient experience required * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen   Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
