Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy visits addressing the full scope of a patient's needs in their home environment to help them overcome challenges and make progress in daily life and recovery. Clinicians will focus on quality care with manageable caseloads, allowing for independent clinical decision-making and personalized, one-on-one patient connections.
