PTA Program Support Position Summary: This temporary position provides focused program director support for the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Program. Responsibilities include curriculum development updates, support with application and program processes, and related program review tasks. The temporary employee will work collaboratively with the PTA Program Director and contribute to essential program needs during the assignment period. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support for curriculum development and program policy/procedure review and support. Support with clinical outreach, curriculum, CPI requirements, and essential needs for program/clinical resumption. Assist with review, organization, and management of PTA program applications and related processes. Support program director functions as assigned, including document preparation, program tracking, and general program administrative tasks within employee scope. Collaborate with PTA Program Director to identify and complete priority program needs. Perform other temporary duties related to PTA program operations as required. Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Effective problem-solving skills. Supports the mission of the Program, Division, and College. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Education and/or Experience: Licensed PT or PTA in the state of Ohio or eligible for licensure and obtained within one year from date of employment. Other Skills, and Abilities: Able to work independently and coordinate work with colleagues and peers. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software systems.
