Work in a 24x7 environment will be scheduled with rotational shifts. Collaborate with various teams to guarantee a unified and efficient incident response Contribute to customer success by ensuring operational service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Mentors' junior members of the team in the areas of product knowledge and technical expertise Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering / Computer Science Awareness or Experience with Docker container, and Kubernetes on a cloud platform Awareness of Oracle or SQL RDBMS. Awareness in cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure or AWS Experience with IoT Platforms - ThingWorx, IoT Hub is a plus Basic understanding of web technologies like Apache Awareness/Experience with any of tools - Catchpoint, Zabbix, Sumologic, Pagerduty, Icinga monitoring software, or something comparable Awareness/Experience using a Ticketing System like Salesforce or Service Now is a plus Ability to quickly analyze incidents to understand their root causes and impacts. Strong problem-solving skills to devise effective solutions under pressure. Clear and concise communication skills to relay information to teams, stakeholders, and customers. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to address the most critical issues first. Accurate documentation of incidents, actions taken, and remediation. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Strong teamwork skills to coordinate with various teams and departments.
