Pay Rate: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Schedule: 5-6 hour shifts, must be available on weekends

JOB DESCRIPTION: PTE TRAINER

Reports To: PTE Head Trainer
Location: Parramatta / Sydney
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated PTE Head Trainer to lead our PTE program and mentor a team of trainers. This role requires strong subject expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to staying updated with Pearson’s marking criteria and test structure.

REQUIREMENTS

• PTE Score: Must have achieved 80+ in all modules (Scorecard submission required).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in PTE or English language test training.
• Strong command over the updated PTE format effective 07/08/2025.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and platforms.
• Must be available to work weekends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of English teaching experience.
• Leadership experience in an academic environment.
• Visa with work rights in Australia.
