WE’RE HIRING: PTE HEAD TRAINER ( SYDNEY)

Work Location: In-person | Employment Type: Casual / Part-time
Pay Rate: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Schedule: 5–6 hour shifts | Must be available on weekends

REQUIREMENTS

• PTE Score: 80+ in all modules (scorecard submission required).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in PTE or English language test training.
• Teaching Experience: Strong background in delivering structured lessons with measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of the updated PTE format (effective 07/08/2025).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with modern teaching tools and digital platforms.
• Availability to work weekends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of English teaching experience.
• Previous leadership role in an academic setting.
• Current visa with full work rights in Australia.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PTE Head Trainer to lead our PTE program, mentor a team of trainers, and deliver exceptional learning outcomes. This role requires strong subject expertise, proven teaching experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to stay up-to-date with Pearson’s latest marking criteria and test structure.
