Position is part-time temporary. Requirements include the ability to lift 40lbs. Individual will be assigned to duties such as assistant to electrician, plumber, carpenter, etc. and will perform sanding and painting, grounds care such as mowing, pruning, etc., and moving furniture. Assist facility staff in setting up rooms for special events, including moving tables and chairs; assist facility staff in tear down of rooms and returning them to their original configuration following an event; work variable hours including evenings and weekends; assist facility staff in cleaning of rooms after special events to include wiping down tables, picking up trash and vacuuming carpeted areas.

Responsibilities

The individual will assist facility staff with various maintenance tasks and event setups. Responsibilities include moving furniture, cleaning rooms after events, and performing grounds care.
