We are looking to recruit a Pub and Restaurant Manager Supervisor to join our team in what has become a very exciting and rewarding place to work.
We are looking for someone with with experience but more importantly a fun, positive, and infectious personality, you must be hard working and committed to helping make sure everyone visiting The Unicorn’s Head has a great time.
This is a full time role. It is straight shifts, these are a mix of earlies, lates and on occasion a middle shift, but we avoid split shifts like they are they plague!
It is an hourly paid position, the hourly rate depends on experience and how much you blow me away in the interview, it means there could very well be more in the pot for the right person. We are looking for someone to start as soon as, but appreciate you may have a notice period.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced manager to help oversee our bar and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar
- Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for patrons
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Proficiency in food preparation, bartending, and team management
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Experience in a restaurant and bar setting is essential.
