SUMMARY

As a Bar Team Leader at Harvey’s Brewery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our bar operations run smoothly and efficiently. Based in one of our vibrant public houses, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding customer service while promoting our range of ales and wines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in bartending or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential.
