About Us:
We’re a busy, independent gastro pub with a focus on seasonal food, quality drinks, and warm hospitality. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining high standards in both our kitchen and front of house. We’re also a dog-friendly pub and love our furry friends just as much as our regulars!

Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth running of the pub.
  • Lead and motivate the FOH team, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Oversee busy food and drink service, ensuring standards are upheld.
  • Manage tills, and payment terminals, daily reconciliations.
  • Assist with stock management and ordering.
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a supervisor or team leader role, ideally within a gastro pub or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for hospitality, food, and customer service.
  • Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
