What the Role Entails 负责PUBG MOBILE的营销推广工作，【玩法推广】方向，基于PUBG MOBILE的产品新玩法动向，制定营销策略、策划重点推广campaign，并进行落地执行。能够有效分析当前版本内容，结合产品游戏文化、流行趋势及市场环节提炼用户沟通点，整合多项营销手段，输出市场营销方案。牵头负责海外品牌事件，洞察目标市场，找准营销机会点，灵活调动资源，有效管理项目进度，交付玩家社群喜爱的活动、内容。基于推广方案，协同运营、电竞、UA、及各区域团队，整合游戏内及海外多区域资源，实现最终推广落地，并持续探索新的营销能力。结合营销推广、产品转化与用研数据，复盘宣传效果，优化后续推广工作。 Who We Look For 在市场营销\推广策划方面有5年及以上经验，具备方案策划、落地执行、效果评估等营销推广币经验，了解创意设计、网红推广、玩家活动、公关传播、媒介投放、线下活动等营销手段的基本逻辑及效果验收方法。英文流利，能用于工作语言。具备较强业务增长导向，具备良好的数据与用研意识，能够将各类传播效果与产品数据增长相关联，注重以营销提升产品数据表现。有海外游戏发行经验，了解海外重点社媒平台的内容和爆款逻辑，对海外流行趋势及热梗有敏锐触觉，能将热点内容转化为创意，乐于探索新鲜事物。热爱游戏，是游戏玩家，能从玩家角度拆解产品乐趣点，具备BR\FPS或其他游戏品类的深度体验经验优先。学习与执行能力强，能以开放、包容的心态应对跨文化沟通，团队协作意识强，承压能力强。 Equal Employment Opportunity at Tencent As an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
