Job Description: Key Accountabilities: Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with key government organizations which are of relevance to the company's businesses in China. Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with local governments relevant to the business. Monitor and analyse PRC government policies, plans and regulatory environment which could have an impact on company's businesses in China proactively; assist in the development of company's business strategy and help to integrate potential impacts and considerations into relevant business plans. Proactively acquire market opportunities and support the needs of the business departments. Required Skills and Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or above; 10 years above public affairs / public relations related working experience Prior working experience in the relevant government organization or the relevant domain preferred A keen understanding of the policy, regulatory, and geopolitical landscape in China Strong oral and written communications skills, fluent in English and Chinese Open-minded and respect cultural diversity; a team player and self-driven at work Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities. Possesses project management capability and strategic thinking.
