We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Public Affairs Office: Major Duties and Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Public Affairs or his/her nominee(s), the appointee will be responsible for supporting the Public Affairs Office and its Marketing Team in the following key duties: Formulating and implementing marketing and brand-building strategies and plans that aligned with the University’s mission and support student recruitment; Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across online, social media and offline channels; Driving the development of creative concepts and marketing materials, from concept to roll-out; Overseeing social media content production, monitoring and optimisation to maximise the University’s marketing and branding impact; Coordinating video production to support branding, marketing and student recruitment; Planning, implementing, and evaluating student recruitment advertising, promotions and outreach activities targeting prospective students and other key stakeholders; Leveraging market research and analytics to generate insights and action plans; Managing and supervising the Information Centre; and Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Public Affairs or his/her nominee. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies: A recognised degree, preferably in marketing, business, journalism, communications, public relations or related disciplines; At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience with a proven track record focusing on branding and marketing; Demonstrated success in managing omni-channel strategies with measurable results; Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies; Strong aesthetic judgement with the ability to assess and uphold visual quality for branding; Knowledge of tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other Martech solutions is an advantage; Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; Strong PR sense and awareness of reputational risk and brand consideration; Mature, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with a proactive, can-do spirit; A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills; Well-organised with strong multi-tasking and time management skills; Capable of managing projects independently while working under pressure and tight deadlines; and Flexible and willing to work outside office hours when necessary.
