Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our establishment's common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells, and toilets to the highest standards Perform regular quality checks to ensure all areas meet our cleanliness and safety standards Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate department Properly use and store cleaning supplies and equipment in accordance with health and safety guidelines Assist with the upkeep of back-of-house areas as needed Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible approach to work, including willingness to work various shifts Customer-focused mindset with a positive and friendly attitude Commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for guests Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures Basic English language skills (both verbal and written) Additional Information What awaits you...
