The Public Area Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of public spaces within our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning methods and a strong understanding of maintenance practices.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care processes, including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or porter duties is a plus.
• Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Perform routine cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained to meet health and safety standards.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks and seasonal maintenance.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
