JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all public spaces in our property — including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other common areas — are clean, well-maintained, and present a welcoming environment for our guests. You’ll play a vital role in upholding the standards of Infinity Hospitality and ensuring that every guest’s first impression is exceptional.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other communal spaces.
  • Ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently throughout the shift.
  • Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and tissues in public restrooms.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service when approached.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping and maintenance staff.
