And we're looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes. Here's What You'll Be Up To: * Keep resortpublic spaces guest-ready and sparkling, including lobbies, hallways, amenities, and outdoorcommon areas * Clean andmaintainshared spaces such asamenity areas and parking lotsto meet our cleanliness and safety standards * Vacuum andmaintaincarpets and flooring throughout the property * Remove trash, linens, and towels from assigned areas and ensure proper disposal * Support the housekeeping team withcleaning tasks, laundry, and supply organizationwhen needed * Maintain housekeeping carts sothey’reorganized, stocked, and safe for daily operations * Assistguests with requests such asluggageassistance, amenity deliveries, or other in-house needs * Monitor and replenishguest amenities and housekeeping suppliesin storage areas * Communicate clearly with housekeeping leadership and other departments to keep operations running smoothly * Follow establishedcleanliness, safety, and security standardsacross the resort * Jump in to help withadditionaltasks when needed — because great hospitality is always a team effort You're Great Because: * You take pride in creatingclean, organized, and welcoming environments * You enjoy helping people and contributing togreat guest experiences * You communicate clearly and work well with teammates across departments * You’redependable, organized, and able to manage your time during busy shifts * You’recomfortable working in afast-paced hospitality environment * Previoushousekeeping or customer service experience in hospitalityis a plus * High school diploma or GED preferred * You’recomfortable staying active throughout your shift, includingstanding, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting * You’reflexible and available to work schedules based onoperational needs We’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome. andCo Hospitality is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
