At One Hundred Shoreditch, we believe in creating spaces that are as welcoming and vibrant as the neighbourhood we call home. We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.
In this role, you’ll help ensure that our public spaces — from our lobby to lounges, lifts to restrooms — are always looking their best. You’ll be a key part of the guest experience, helping maintain the atmosphere and comfort that keeps people coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel to the highest standards
• Ensuring lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and front-of-house areas are spotless and welcoming
• Responding to guest requests and ensuring they feel well looked after
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Working as part of the wider housekeeping team to support daily operations
• Taking pride in presentation and contributing to a clean, calm, and stylish environment

Salary: £26,615 p/a + service charge
