Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and other assigned spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish as needed.
• Empty trash bins and ensure areas are sanitized and odor-free.
• Monitor and replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, tissues, etc.) in public restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

As a Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring all public spaces in the hotel — such as lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and other common areas — are clean, well-maintained, and presented beautifully at all times. You will play an important role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all our guests.

Qualifications And Skills:

• Previous cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness.
• Good physical condition and stamina (the role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting).
• Evening schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
