About the Opportunity  We are looking for experienced Cleaners, to join our professional team to maintain a clean, hygienic, and tidy five-star environment throughout all the resort public areas, and team member facilities of the RACV property.   Key responsibilities will include:  Deliver high‑quality cleaning, sanitisation and presentation across all public and back‑of‑house areas Handle manual cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, moving furniture) Follow RACV safety, hygiene and chemical handling standards Report maintenance issues and unusual incidents Work collaboratively as part of the housekeeping team Maintain excellent personal presentation and uphold RACV’s values What you’ll need to be successful  Clear communicator who follows instructions well Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Able to work independently and in a team Physically fit, reliable and safety‑conscious Flexible to work across a 7‑day roster, including weekends Hospitality or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential   We are Offering  Competitive Hourly Rate + Penalties evenings, weekends & public holidays  Discounts on RACV products & resorts  Uniform + Free parking onsite  Monthly employee reward and recognition program  Ongoing training and career development   The RACV difference   Be part of a team who cares.
